Vidar Logi is a self taught visual artist from the north of Iceland based in New York. Working across photography, video and sculpture, his practice explores mysticism with a focus on manipulated figurative forms that challenge the viewers perceptions. Notably, he collaborated with Björk on the visuals of her album Fossora, including its cover and music videos.

In 2024 he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in arts and culture. 

 

His work has been exhibited internationally at museums and galleries, including

the V&A, The Centre Pompidou, Kunsthal Rotterdam, Ásmundarsalur, Piccadilly Lights/Circa and Herbert Art Gallery & Museum.

And featured in publications such as;

Vogue, Acne Paper, National Geographic, Dazed, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork and Purple Magazine.
